How soon can I get my order?
Most orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days (excluding customized goods). Most countries need 7-15 working days to transport. You can see the expected delivery information in the table below. If you want faster delivery, you can contact us to arrange other logistics channels for you, but additional freight may be incurred.
Does the bill include customs duties?
For some countries like EU, we will charge taxes to the customs in advance (not to us); When customers in other regions check out, they do not include any import duties and other expenses, which may be assessed by your local customs, and these expenses shall be borne by the customers themselves.

REFUND
Can I request a return?
Please contact us in advance for returns,any returns without prior contact may only be partially refunded. Returns must be made within 7 days of the date you received your order, unfortunately we cannot provide you with a refund or return after 7 days. We strongly recommend that you review your order as soon as you receive it. Returned products must be unopened and unused, and a fee may apply if the returned product needs to be refurbished. Note: Customized goods and clearance goods do not support returns
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
If there is a quality problem, a new one will be re-issued (excluding the purchase of the wrong model); if it is your personal reason, you need to pay the returned shipping fee, and the already paid shipping fee will not be refunded.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
